On today’s episode of adventures in baking with Mrs. Carter, we’re trying an Indian classic: Naan. This is a soft and pillowy bread that is perfect for mopping up any delicious sauce or curry. They were a big hit in the Carter house tonight.

A2: I've been hearing really great things about Out of Darkness by Ashley Hope Perez. It's about the 1937 New London School Explosion in East Texas, and @MrsCarterLit could NOT stop talking about it. I know @chavezlit also has it on his reading list. #dutrobookclub
