@LisaDelpit Thank you. I believe I can achieve these goals, although they might take time and experience. It will be a fun, messy ride!

One approach won't create a successful classroom. I will continue to blend my approach with other philosophies as I move forward.

It will be hard to create this balance and help every student have a voice, but I am fully prepared for that.
