This morning we announced 4 collective bargaining agreements with REA - for teachers, instructional assistants, nutrition staff, and safety staff! ⁦@RPS_Schools⁩ is the FIRST division in VA to do so. 12% raise for teachers, $30K starting for IAs, and so much more! #respect
