When I was a beginning teacher, my mentor and now best friend spent so much time with me outside of the school setting. We chopped up unofficially bc who has time to be formal all the time? Today, I met with my mentee & we chopped it up. @Ms_Rubinstein ❤️🫶🏽 Relationships matter.
