What do you use for Endobrochial bleeding in your facility?

Teaching our ICU fellows about the Endobronchial Block placement in the event of endobronchial bleed First steps: - Stabilize - Advance the ETT into the healthy lung or endobronchial block - position the Pt bad lung down - localize - Iced saline/Tranex acid - Call IP or IR
