Literally this month, in *2023*, a federal judge finally ruled that Idaho had to release the details of the AI systems it uses in it's state-wide decision-making on Medicaid. The case was originally filed in *2015*! It takes so long to see results 😭 acluidaho.org/en/press-relea…
