When a communal flare-up erupts and a mob attacks their stranded bus, a Jewish tourist exposes an elderly Muslim couple to the crowd. ​The heart of the story, however, is how an orthodox Tamil Brahmin woman saves a Muslim man during such a volatile time. It explores how individuals can value humanity above petty religious brutality. Perhaps people like you will never understand that, certainly not in the current climate.
