it is very good for your kids to see you have hobbies and interests. you should read books, and go to concerts, and go out with your friends, and travel, and paint, and play sports, and enjoy life as a person and not just a parent. your child is watching you and learning from you and benefits from seeing you live a full life.

My super strong parenting opinion is that while the kids are awake, you come last. No spending all of Saturday golfing. That’s family time. 6 am tee time only, maybe. Wanna go to the gym? Go after the kids go to bed, or wake up at 5. In a few short years, they’ll be out of the house and you’ll have all the time in the world for your own stuff. It’s okay to come last for a while.

I trust Trump. We either trust him or we don’t. I’m with you. We can say “Yeah, I don’t know about that” and still support his reason why.

I’ve been very consistent on this, I support the strikes, but I don’t support American boots on the ground.
If we have boots on the ground will I vote democrat and throw a tantrum every 5 minutes because Trump is doing something I don’t support? No.
I’ll voice my opinion, stay consistent, and hope everything works out ok. I voted for Trump to command the military, he knows way more than myself or any of us on what’s necessary to win this thing. I trust him, but that trust isn’t blind. If this turns out to be a mistake that leads to a prolonged conflict with a bunch of dead American soldiers, I just won’t vote for him again.
No matter what happens over the next 3 years, even if Trump broke every promise he ever made, I’ll never vote for a fucking democrat because of it.

Trump ended 9 wars, and “started” one war which was against an enemy that has been killing Americans for decades, and threatening war since 1970. Sometimes the best defense is a good offense, but if you want to take him literally on the “no new wars”, this isn’t an officially declared war, it’s a military operation against a threat to the U.S.
Over 3 million deportations since Trump took office. That’s mass deportation, full stop, get a helmet if you think it isn’t.
MAHA has made a ton of progress including banning food dyes, lowering drug prices, etc.
