@BiardMacGuineas Yes, pronouns and gendered terms have historically tracked biological sex in most languages. But language meaning is not fixed by historical usage evolves through social consensus. The descriptive reality of how language has been used doesn't determine how it must be used.

@BiardMacGuineas The Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria hypothesis, which you seem to be gesturing at, has been significantly criticised on methodological grounds. The original Littman study sourced data from parents on gender critical forums, not from trans people themselves.
