@Chase_Senior That's not the case; the 49ers changed philosophies in 2024. R&D, scouting, and 49ers coaches need to be all aboard every pick.

Being a scout for the 49ers must be very frustrating. You scout all year, but have no say in rounds 1-3, then you see the GM and coach reach on multiple players. Then when the Niners lean on scouts on day three, they crush it. It's a flawed process. #49ers

You know what… I’ve seen enough. The #49ers should trade every future 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick for a BOATLOAD of 4th-7th rounders. 😂 Why? Simple: • They draft better late anyway • No more early-round reaches • Cheaper rookie deals = less cap stress • John Lynch clearly turns into Bill Walsh on Day 3

#49ers are a superbly coached football team. 49ers are excellent at making trades. 49ers need to re-evaluate their entire approach to the draft.

The 49ers traded back for all three of their picks and they still somehow managed to reach on all three players. Really hard to do. #49ers
