Yesterday I tweeted about Belmar's lander. Let's analyze Tate's aka TRW. I'll give you my opinion on why I think it's a perfectly executed funnel. TRWs lander is exactly the opposite of what Belmars lander is. > Modern Design with minimalistic effects. Keeps users engaged and doesn't look boring. Most likely contributes to a lower bounce rate. Important to have in that specific case since there is a lot of copy. >Short VSL + 3 Step Plan => Simple explanation & showcasing the value of the offer => Hook > User Join Notifications & Showcasing the amount of Students already inside => Creates a sense of urgency & also gives leads a feeling of community > The rest of the lander is a lot of copy that is focused on nurturing leads and educating them on which skills exist + which one might be the right one for them This lander only works because most people who click on it come with extremely high intent due to strong brand positioning and authority. It's a perfectly executed funnel matching the lingo and interests of his demographic. Most people couldn't pull off a lander like that because your buyer intent would be way too low to keep people engaged on a page with a lot of copy.
