This is totally right. People in the Slowlane tend to wait for opportunities or stability, while Fastlane thinkers create leverage through business, skills, or systems. I've come to realize that the more you put yourself in motion (building, experimenting, taking calculated risks), the more surface area you create for opportunities to find you. So what looks like luck from the outside is usually just preparation meeting exposure.

I read a book called The Millionaire Fastlane. Somewhere in that it explains that there are different types of people some follow the Slowlane, working 9–5 and spending their free time on entertainment, while others try to build something beyond their job and work towards bigger goals. So basically, the ones who put in extra effort to create opportunities are more likely to get "lucky".
