@Polymarket That's honestly an amazing law. It's so bizarre to think about what the world will look like for the kids born today. They'll be born into a world with AI and probably never know life without it, and I wonder how that'll influence them as people.

@ChairmansLedger Exactly. The price going down doesn't necessarily mean the business isn't a good business anymore either.

Rule 1: Never lose money. Rule 2: Never forget rule 1. I don’t know much, but I do know this: If you buy a stock, it goes down, and you sell it because you got scared, you have officially lost money. Until then, you owned a business with a price moving around it.

@investingluc I agree. Never saw the point in tripping over quarters to save pennies.

Sometimes getting any exposure to a stock is more important than getting the perfect entry. It's a tradeoff I'm willing to take to catch the next big mover...sacrifice 1%-5% on entry to be involved in an emerging leader that can run 50-100%+ quickly? Every time. For bigger picture swing ideas...exposure (even if small initially) > perfect entry.
