Let’s be honest, Ghana. If your brother owned three cars and told you, “Anytime you travel, don’t take a trotro. Just take my car and buy fuel,” you would celebrate him. You would call him a blessing. But when a President refuses to waste taxpayers’ money renting a foreign jet and instead uses his brother’s jet and only buys fuel, suddenly people are angry. Why? Because the good thing did not come from their side. That is the real problem. Not the jet. Not the fuel. The mindset. Too many people in Ghana hate to see others enjoy blessings they themselves don’t have. Your Excellency, enjoy your brother’s jet. You didn’t choose your brother. God blessed you with him. And a blessing should never become a national scandal.
