Good evening everyone, Do to the weather forecast we will be canceling workouts tonight (July 25th, 2022). We will see you all tomorrow!

NO jewelry allowed at cheer workouts, practices, games and competitions. This is a NFHS rule, and covering it isn’t allowed. If you want to be a cheerleader, don’t get a fresh piercing! Also no crop tops are allowed to be worn.

Workouts start on June 22! It’s important to eat breakfast and nutritious snacks on the day of workouts. We will be out in the heat and we don’t want any of our athletes getting light-headed or sick. Make sure you have eaten something!
