Let’s say Vanderbilt had an undefeated season… wouldn’t they have just one top 20 win, over a 9-3 Bama, that would be around #15 now? Texas would be #25 to 30 which is where Mizzou and Vols are now. Yet, all 4 of those teams are Top #15 today if they do not lose to Vandy.

I’ll introduce a bill to let state hemp laws override the new federal ban. The Constitution already puts these powers with the states, but Washington ignored that. Kentucky regulates hemp responsibly—with age limits, serving sizes, and anti-fraud rules. Washington erased all of it with one blanket ban. Kentuckians believe adults should make their own choices. Federal law should too.

Only in Washington would the alcohol lobby, the cannabis lobby, and stone-age lawmakers still fixated on Reefer Madness join forces to attack hemp. I don’t object to a 5mg gummy that helps someone’s grandmom sleep. It makes no sense.

Hundreds of constituents have reached out to my office about the impact of this near-total hemp ban on their pain management, jobs, and personal freedoms.
