Community owners and admins on Roblox can now assign multiple roles to a single member. Connections changed back to friends Such small but huge changes at the same time

Your first 60 seconds of onboarding are worth more than your entire game. Here's why: If a player doesn't feel competent in 60 seconds → they leave. If they feel competent → they stay. If they stay → they spend. Most Roblox devs design onboarding LAST. Design it first.

The most important skill a small Roblox dev can build is forcing yourself to do things you don’t want to do. No one enjoys fixing bugs. UI polish is tedious. Making icons and thumbnails is stressful. Testing your own game is work. But until you can pay a team to do it for you… It’s all on you.
