@MersiGalica35 yes girl this happened to me too after so many attempts to recover my account. I literally had to use a friend’s account just to access the support chat in settings and talk to them about my own account. such an unnecessary process.

As a business owner, architect, and CEO, I use LinkedIn as a professional platform to connect, build visibility, and engage with other professionals in my field. What makes this especially disappointing is how poorly LinkedIn has handled my restricted account case. I was repeatedly sent back to Persona for identity verification, despite multiple failed attempts using valid documents, including my Emirates ID and passport. Instead of stepping in and reviewing the matter manually after repeated verification failures, LinkedIn Support continued to rely on the same automated process. Now my case has been closed, my account remains restricted for alleged policy violations, and I still have not received a clear explanation of what I supposedly violated. For a platform built around professional presence, networking, and credibility, this is an unacceptable way to handle a user case — especially when the issue directly affects someone’s professional visibility and access to their business network. Tagging @LinkedIn and @LinkedInHelp because this case was not handled properly, and I would genuinely like to know whether other professionals have experienced the same combination of failed Persona verification, no meaningful manual support, and a case closure without a proper explanation.
