reading 20+ books a year is pretty stupid and actually counterintuitive, unless its in 1 specific domain that you seek to be an expert at or relatively knowledgeable on, on a year to year basis. brain can only process so much, and it's far better to read broad, then go deep (reread) on a few bangers.

@ejtayloruk @standardnews I understand the Naked Bike Ride is triggering for you. However, what I don't get is how this is a moral or safeguarding issue. It has nothing to do with CSA or morality and everything to do with raising awareness around environmental issues. It's a form of protest.

@stuzi_pants The Wire was great, too. Harder to get into and there were few female characters. Breaking Bad was captivating from the first to the last episode. Plus it spawned Better Call Saul, which is magnificent.
