The best part about Q’s performance was that he did it with his normal efficiency. 18-21 FG, 5-7 from 3 and 9-9 FT. He always does it in the flow. He also had eight rebounds and seven steals.

I spoke with reps from the Neighborhood Nip Foundation & The LA Marathon .. who tell me Nipsey Hussles neighborhood Nip foundation partnership is one of the most successful new charity partnerships the LA Marathon has ever seen.
Reps for LA Marathon & Nipseys foundation tell me — This year The Neighborhood Nip foundation:
1. Raised 50k during the LA Marathon making their total amount raised over 3 years.. $170k
2. Brought out 100 participants in the LA Marathon compared to about 60 from their first year and slight drop off last year. — more than 1/2 of these runners were 1st time marathoners, which speaks to the community impact and how Nipsey’s legacy continues to inspire people.
To put it into perspective the LA Marathon tells me — By year three, most partners are still growing gradually, starting with 10 runners, on avg only adding around 5 runners each year because each entry comes with a fundraising commitment. (Which nipseys team sponsors for runners)
So reaching 100 runners and raising nearly $50,000 this year alone … is well above average.
The LA Marathon says — Across their 129 charity partners this year, the average raised was about $20,000 im comparison to Nipsey’s 50k.
