It's interesting how Mark acted like he was above everyone he knew that tried to act as a perfect arbiter of right and wrong (Cecil, Dinosaurus, Allen, etc) only for him to end up the exact same way. There's a hypocrisy in him by the end that's never questioned just bc he's Mark.

He's not conquering anything or attacking people. Allen attacked him because he didn't like that the Coalition of planets wasn't needed anymore
