When I reviewed The Final Shape, I dropped in this almost as a plea to the studio that hey, maybe it's a really good idea to focus on supporting the ideas of the developers who actually seem to know their shit about what is best for the game. I guess that was too much to ask.

What an absolutely dogshit way to treat the people who helped deliver probably the best expansion in Destiny's history. An expansion that, by all reports, was only as good as it was because those people cared enough to fight for what it needed to be.

I will add that for this to be the reward for those devs who gave blood, sweat and tears to deliver The Final Shape—a decade-capping expansion that's so good it's in the GotY discussion—is disgusting.
