Below are some of the zines used in a recent session with Laura Larson's Feminism & Photography class. Students learned about the history & context of the medium, then spent some time exploring the zines to get inspiration for creating their own.

We recently acquired a copy of Ten Poems by Rita Dove (1977). This was the first book published by Dove, who later served as United States Poet Laureate from 1993-1995. The illustration across the title page was inspired by the poet's painted nails.
