Indiana LB Rolijah Hardy(@Rolijah_Hardy23) had a breakout campaign for the National Champs in 2025.
The Lakeland, Florida native earned 2nd Team All-Big Ten honors after racking up 102 tackles (15 TFL’s), 8 sacks, and 5 PBU’s.

Curt Cignetti is on top of the world right now, Indiana made the #CFP in Back to Back seasons, the Hoosiers won the 2025 National Championship, went undefeated, produced the Heisman Winner and potential #1 overall pick in the #NFL Draft. Not only did Cignetti do all that he did it with the "72nd" best roster in #CFB according to the 247 Team Talent Composite, something we might not ever witness again in our lifetime.
After all of that, Cignetti then went on to sign the BEST RECRUITING CLASS IN INDIANA HOOSIERS FOOTBALL HISTORY in 2026 by AVG Recruit Ranking. The 88.42 AVG is 1.81 points higher than the 2025 class. Indiana was able to sign 4 star DL Gabriel Hill, 4 star LB Henry Ohlinger & 4 star CB Kasmir Hicks, 4 star EDGE Ronelle Johnson, 4 star LB Ja'Dyn Williams & 4 star DL Cameron McHaney so the defense going forward looks promising.

One senior departs for the NFL.
8 of 11 return. Three highly regarded freshmen enter the pipeline.
That’s not a rebuild. That’s continuity.
Linebacker is the communication hub of a defense. When that room stays intact, the structure stays intact.
The Bryant Haines coached room hasn’t needed outside reinforcement.
That’s development.
