Twitch has expanded the Emote Guidelines to add examples of what is not allowed.
The key points were already there, but they've added new examples to each to clarify.

Well I found another one… can’t recommend Last Caretaker at all in its current form. Close to £30 for an indie game with poor optimisation, crashes and a gameplay cycle that completely misses the landing, despite having a really good idea.

@disobey Yep, unfortunately people just throw words in places where they’re entirely unenforceable. Same thing as artists throwing random clauses in after the fact as well, like they saw something and went “oh that’ll be good”… saw one try to retroactively enforce too…

PSA: if a key request form has a field like this... Use it! Especially if your channel always covers a very specific genre of games (eg: horror) and you're asking for a game that seems atypical for your usual tastes. It'll help my understand why you're asking for a key.
