Let’s analyze the situation: •Kane was facing his own goal •He was in his own half •There was no danger of a counterattack •There was also a Madrid player (Militão) right beside Camavinga •Camavinga’s tackle wasn’t dangerous Is it a foul? Yes, it is. But is it a second yellow? Never. In 9 out of 10 situations, that is not a yellow card. If that had been given against my team, I would be fuming. That red card changed the entire trajectory of the game. Madrid were holding out well, and it could have gone either way from there.
