When I visited BARC in Bucks County, the people I met there — family members, support staff, and folks with an intellectual disability or autism – could not have been clearer: BARC and the support services they provide are invaluable to them — and they need more support. My budget makes a nearly half a billion dollar investment to deliver more resources for centers just like BARC that make a life-changing difference for our neighbors.
