So, first time making Cruffins. These have been finished with chocolate ganache and a hazelnut praline. Just need to adjust the baking times and size of the Cruffins.

So, bit of a baking weekend. Sourdough, mimi baguette, triple chocolate chip cookies, oh and some steamed sponge puddings to round it off

Old school dessert tonight, steamed treacle sponge and Birds custard ...... what else 😂
