After our 1st qtr for using @criticalreload our kids have made huge gains! Our kids averaged + 18# bench, +42# squat, +22# Power clean. They love the shakes, and we love the results!

Congrats to 2021 @trevor_cline812 for earning a spot on the record board. Here is his 290# bench. He also squatted 475, ran a 4.63 40, and jumped 31" in vertical. Not bad for a quarterback. We're looking forward to see what Trevor can do this fall!

I’m sure it’s not the intent, but it FEELS like South Mountain missing the playoffs at 7-3 is just another reminder to Phoenix kids (who already face the hard truth that sometimes they have to work twice as hard to get half as much) that some battles are lost before they begin.
