We had a terrific morning working with coach Tyler and learning about our national summer sport, lacrosse! We practiced cradling, the pancake flip, moving safely with our equipment and playing games. We cannot wait for our next lesson!

We have been delving deeply into the Holistic Framework, focusing on Spirit and what makes us unique. Students are designing a story string to help represent: their name, ancestors, and family traditions.

Today was our big day... A "raft" of ducks and one big turkey all took a deep breath and performed our play in front of our family and friends. We were little nervous, but we did an awesome job! Thank you Evergreen Theater!

Working with Kit from Evergreen Theatre today we collaborated on creating a plot for our play. We are so excited and can’t wait to start acting it out!

Today was an exciting day with budding photographers from Grade One taking pictures with a DSLR camera! Our studio was a perfect spot for these amateurs to learn how light and focus helps us in taking good photos. Special thank you to our parent volunteers :)
