$PSYC all of our Qs are filed. We’re submitting the attorney letters and then we should be current! Thank you to everyone who’s supported us thus far. New management is being found to better assist with the day to day of the pubco operations and social media.

$psyc the first two Qs have been filed with otcm. We will be uploading the third Q shortly. We will be assigning a new team member ti handle investor updates in a timely manner.

$psyc MAR and JUNe 10Q are being reviewed by our attorney now for final approval before being filed. SEPT is being prepped alongside the current Q as well. Once complete those will be submitted for final review as well.

Small update for everyone. We’ve verified the TA with otcm. We have to provide the nobo list (we’re prepping it) and we’ve been made aware that the company is in default in Nevada. We’re getting that resolved tomorrow. In other news, the Q is currently being prepared. $psyc

$PSYC we’ve finally made real progress with OTCIQ. Our team was able to get the application process reopened and with a lot of assistance from the otcm staff we’ve made significant headway. Application fee has been paid and we’ve resubmitted the paperwork.
