@JustAFamilyMan_ And they choose the conveniently most easy and (immediate) consequence free thing to do: not vote. They still pay taxes. They still actively participate in funding this themselves (we all do) while acting like not shading in a bubble on a ballot is the thing that makes them pure

I'd argue the Constitution essentially failed after Marbury v. Madison was allowed to stand. You can't have a government where one branch is allowed to assert the extent of its own powers and there's no meaningful way to push back within the legal structure.

Unpopular opinion: Legal IS special, different, and difficult. Even for AI models. Why? Because plausibility isn’t enough. Quality and accuracy really matter. @lawheroezV2 AI can (and should and will) change how legal work is done. I absolutely welcome the enhanced ability of clients to use AI to gain their own understanding before engaging with legal counsel. But I see something very different than “replacement” coming.
