@pntrack Many stories…including a 17 hour trip to Scottland and had to “get it in” at 9pm in the rain!😂 and of course the 10pm after shower “oh crap I forgot” treadmill mile! Congrats on the renewed streak!

@PalmaTrackField Yes! And it becomes a priority. I bet you have stories about times you did crazy things to extend the steak. My running streak was 1025, ending with my injury and surgery. Today my timed walking/running streak hit day #73.

I think I’m a runner again. I’ve run 1 mile once a week for 4 weeks. It’s been incredible hard aerobically but my quad tendon is getting healthy. Today I go to my 29th & final PT session. I’m 7 months ahead of schedule. My mile time has improved by a full minute in 3 weeks.

@pntrack When I tell people the biggest change in our program in the last 8 years is days off…always get side eyes and skepticism. Results don’t lie…but please continue with your program.
