While everyone is panicking, I’ve probably had the best week of my life‼️ Quit my job earlier this week, am now officially stepping in to the family biz. I’ve never been this excited and hungry about the future🧵

This is interesting. As a Solana native, yesterday it felt like our world imploded. $270M+ lost in the Drift exploit - one of the largest DeFi hacks ever. Seems like huge news, yet not even a bump in search trends. Almost no one cares about crypto, except the people living it every day. Really puts into perspective how small our bubble still is.

@gaius1337 @hexbtc This is really good, like you said - it’s an overall win/win. Audits would require less upfront payment = lower entry fee for new players. Overtime stresstest and reoccurring testing is easier to incorporate into price. And sales would be registered as recurring revenue😌🤝

This is a good time to mention that audit companies cost hundreds of thousands can have over 6 month wait times and provide ZERO insurance to the protocols they audit Drift was audited three times If we want these hacks to stop happening we need audits to be accountable in substance
