Breaking: Right to fair trial disappearing.
As @attorneygeneral tries to remove “belief in consent” defence today, Judge Reid has suspended a trial of 5 @XRebellionUK activists. Saying he expects to use the Court of Appeal ruling on Thursday.
This is an attempt to remove our #righttoprotest and undermine our juries.
