@AllenFrancesMD Genuine question: If the DSM considers antisocial personality disorder a mental illness, how can a distinction be made between mental illness and bad behavior? The same could be said for NPD in some cases.


Donanemab is not recommended by NICE for cognitive impairment or dementia caused by Alzheimer's.
