@bamaprobackup So many great memories of that fight, especially Horner meeting Summers at the top step of the Braves dugout. Perez running around holding his bat as a weapon was a classic as well.

Bob Horner will probably be best known for the 4-HR game, but my favorite Horner memory is the Braves/Padres brawl. Horner, on the IL with another wrist injury, was in street clothes when the game started, then put on his uniform and got into it with Champ Summers in the last melee.

Barners peacocking about baseball after we swept them and we are both top 10 in RPI isn’t something that I was expecting. It’s probably because we beat them in football and swept them in basketball too.

Freeze nightmare has ended and the healing has begun, basketball program is definitely very much alive, Butch and the boys still have a lot to play for.
