Our free training trial is tomorrow from 5:30-7:00pm. We will have demonstrations, Q&A with the performance coaches and will allow the athletes to go through a modified training session.

What an awesome 3 nights for the players! So much talent on display, it’s almost unbelievable unless you saw it first hand. So proud of the hitters and the way they battled not just great Velos but pitchers who know how to pitch bc of the training that @cmart_37 @BlakePerry_34 @PPL_Lex provides! On top of that the physical development of the hitters and pitchers between this year and last years live ABs was very noticeable and the work that these guys put in @PowerPerLab is 2nd to none!
