They cannot close the strait - your entire Armageddon’s post ignores this. The US and its allies have already taken the Strait security. It’s all threats, typical terror you are spreading.
Effective vs. Total Closure: While Iran lacks the naval power for a permanent, impenetrable blockade (e.g., their navy has been largely destroyed by US strikes), they have achieved a de facto closure through threats and attacks. Insurers have hiked premiums or refused coverage for transits, charterers are hesitant, and traffic has plummeted. The strait is 21 miles and remains “technically open” for certain routes (e.g., to China/Russia), but for global trade, it’s disrupted via “threats”
French and US forces have already contained the situation the threats are grounds for your argument that causes fear and panic?
What does this post help?
What does it do other than get you views?
Selfish fearmongering people are the worst.

Nobody is telling you how FUCKED the global economy actually is right now.
Everyone is watching missiles hit Iran.
Nobody is talking about what happens when the Strait of Hormuz stays closed for just 14 MORE DAYS.
The Economist just dropped the number.
$150 to $200 a barrel.
Let that sink in.
→ Oil was $72 before this war started
→ It's already above $100
→ If Hormuz stays closed until end of March = $200
→ That's a 178% increase in 3 WEEKS
Here's what $200 oil actually means for YOUR life:
💀 Gas at the pump = $7-9 per gallon. MINIMUM.
💀 Every product shipped by truck = 40% more expensive OVERNIGHT
💀 Airlines = grounded. $200 oil makes half of all routes UNPROFITABLE
💀 Food prices = UP 30-50% within WEEKS. Everything you eat moves by diesel.
💀 Heating costs this winter = DOUBLED. For every home in America and Europe.
💀 Plastics, fertilizer, pharmaceuticals = ALL made from oil derivatives. ALL of them spike.
And here's the part The Economist WON'T say out loud:
→ Iran doesn't need to WIN the war to destroy the global economy
→ They just need to keep Hormuz CLOSED
→ 21% of the world's oil flows through that strait
→ 30% of all seaborne crude
→ ONE-THIRD of all liquefied natural gas
Every single day that strait stays shut, the global economy loses $4.5 BILLION.
That's $31.5 BILLION per week.
$126 BILLION per month.
And we're already 2 weeks in.
The Economist is calling it "a recipe for global recession."
That's the POLITE version.
The real version is: this is the fastest economic destruction since the 1973 oil embargo — and it's WORSE because the global economy is 8x more interconnected now.
In 1973, oil went from $3 to $12. A 4x increase crashed the entire Western economy for a DECADE.
We're looking at a potential 3x increase in 3 WEEKS.
Nobody is ready for this.
Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨

New York City says there’s no money, yet @ZohranKMamdani just signed a $1.86 BILLION no bid contract to house people in hotels.
That’s about $330 per night per room, nearly $10,000 per month or $120,000 per year.
Meanwhile taxes keep rising and services are cut. Many being housed have contributed little or nothing to New York’s tax base, yet taxpayers are footing the bill.
When I am New York State Comptroller, I will audit every penny of these hotel shelter contracts.
New Yorkers deserve answers. A real watchdog is coming.

🇬🇧 The time has come to dump BBC Question Time, and it's host Fiona Bruce
QT has given up even the pretence of impartiality and has become a left-wing snoozefest, with a moderator determined to constantly interrupt anyone on the centre-right

@BasilTheGreat Is the local media covering it? What about the BBC. This is a complete travesty and if it was not for Elon’s X, we would not know about it.

@ArsenalN7 Every time we go a goal up, we tend to drop off and let the opponent have the ball more. I’ve seen it countless times this season. At this stage, that needs to change. We need to be a lot hungrier for goals than for keeping clean sheets.

Life cannot just be about one sad thing after another.
There must also be things that make us super excited and inspired about the future. This is one of things. Bigtime.

NYC’s new socialist mayor Zohran Mamdani says the city should not allow businesses to leave because of higher taxes …
"We should take their business and we run it for the city ourselves. If we're building a real movement to stop that, we'd actually make it illegal for them to leave. Fine them to hell."
What are your thoughts?
