@Andrew_Guenther Was a great job when Fickell took it. It’s better now. School is an awesome environment for up and coming coaches. Why would that change now? All part of the process.

Lot of “same old Cincinnati” woe is me talk about Fick leaving. Don’t you understand that this happens at all but 2 or 3 schools? BK left Notre Dame for greener pastures. Notre Dame. This is college football. Very few stay in one place forever.
