I can't tell @PhilipsResp to fuck off enough. July 2021 they told me the new $1,300 CPAP could kill me and was recalled (plus $500 for battery & cases). Three years later they have done NOTHING to assist me, and are doing nothing more. But offered $100 rebate, out of $1,800.🤬

@PhilipsResp hi due to iOS update I’ve lost access to my dream mapper software. I have clicked the forgot password and 3 times have been given the prompt a code would be sent and nothing has been sent….and yes I’ve checked spam and nothing is there

@PhilipsResp Dreammapper for CPAP stopped for over a year. Now app is up but does not recognize login and my machine by Serial number. After doing so much i;e replacing thousands of machines, Is this the level of service that your sincere customers will have?

@PhilipsResp So you've had months to fix the new #Dreammapper app and still nothing works. An absolutely lousy app. Bring back the old one. A) it was more informative. And B) it worked. The new app's relentless pairing requests during the day (and at night; how ironic) are beyond annoying. Clearly the device recall isn't the only thing wrong at the company.
