Play Airlines please help

i will never be riding @PLAYairlines again- worst customer service of all time and most stressful flying experience i've ever had

getting covid in a foreign country is stressful enough- @PLAYairlines is making it even more stressful. We have been trying everything to rebook our flight and no one will answer our messages, there is no phone number

@PLAYairlines please help! we just got covid and have been trying to change our flight for days but it takes hours to hear back (from a bot!) we received an email finally but the person did not understand and has not help us book a new flight. Please help this is so stressful :(
