Shocking stat. Women & former players are rare at the top administrative level of football. @Lisekla represents both those groups & it would be a huge step forward if she is elected for better football governance. If not something is very wrong with the leadership of the game.

Incredible stat! 15 PL clubs have no former players on their board and there is only 6 out of 119; Decisions being made without the perspective of those that played the game. As a minimum, the interests of football & players must be considered when clubs make important decisions.
