Started out in web3 as a content writer and community manager with zero experience.
To be honest, the community management role was more of an advise given from then.
I’m too introverted to be a community manager.
Got ambassador gigs and kept working on myself.
I watched YouTube videos on how to setup bots on telegram and discord.
I read different threads from pro community managers… amongst many others.
But I wasn’t seeing myself in that role.
I eventually fell in love more with writing using storytelling, and connecting with people.
Started taking it upon myself to structure good contents as an ambassador, instead of the usual mediocre AI contents others put out.
While at it, I started researching on other things I could delve into.
I was torn between social media management and content marketing, but I found marketing more interesting.
Everyone had something to say about marketing.
Especially the controversial one — marketing vs influencing.
I started a course and got hooked by the 100 days marketing space series @Anonofweb3 hosted.
I’ve taken two courses on marketing and read few books
^even though I barely finish reading one before starting another lol
I’ve worked as a content strategist, a KOL and content marketer with different projects.
One thing I truly enjoy is; breaking down a product/project, brainstorming how to make people see the need for it, and the psychology around human mind.
It’s so interesting.
This time around, I’m delving deeper.
I’ll be using more resources to study and try my best to share my journey.
I’m not very good at building in public.
But let’s do this together.
Stick around,
Catch y’all later ✨
