@lokinuenly I'd say flank Peni is a bit of an exception since it IS the optimal way to play her on offense. The only case where u sit in the backline on offense is if the enemy team is running heavy dive comps.

@celestiallrosie Think of it this way, youre gonna end up in GM1 whether u hit Celestial or not. Even if u get to C2, double G will force u through his mandated losing streak where youll inevitably end up back in GM because you dared to have aspirations for getting to high elo.

@Sylem_Stickman @jennygynn_ I'd say ppl only call him easy because of his very powerful and easy to use ult. He can farm that shit in an instant and get easy picks or force a supp ult out. Unfortunately a lot of people just farm ult and only get picks through it, so he comes off as a no-skill ult merchant

@jennygynn_ Star-Lord idk if everyone calls him easy but I’ve been seeing more and more. Like sure the ammo made him a little easier but he’s a dive character that focuses on close range tracking, that’s some of the hardest stuff in the game.

@PMoonconfession Balancing wise, its a good idea. If this was a singleplayer game, for sure. But, u cant really do that with a live service gacha game. I bet a lot of people get into this game because of the cool ids they see, so if you lock it up, it will deter them from picking up the game.

I feel like the newer id's (i.e ; post c8, c9) shouldnt be accessed by newer limbus players and should be locked to their specific cantos, or the cantos after them. Though, standard id's are exempt, just my two cents really. - flagpole

@supermasculi @jennygynn_ yeah its so fucking difficult to learn. Itll feel like youre doing nothing most of the time. It doesnt help that this character's kit doesnt want to function ever so u die so many frustrating deaths because of a bug. But—the feeling of doing good is so gratifying with her.

@ayorivals I feel the same way with Tank. It easily has some of the funnest characters (Hulk & Cap) in the game but it also has some of the most boring (Mag), and it so happens that some of the meta ones are those boring characters.

@lokinuenly I genuinely only play off-meta. It feels wrong when u don't have to work hard for your value. Also so many off-meta characters have insane skill ceilings so u can never stop finding room for improvement.

learning adam has made me develop a deep appreciation for people who main off-meta characters like I really understand now

@lokinuenly In ranked? Ive always played him in qp sinces he incredibly fun but im planning on taking him to ranked. My method of getting really good with a character is to one trick them for a season, but it might be really difficult in 2 supp comps. Although ive forced worse comps before.

@realSueStorm Yeah I was the same as u. I banned Gambit and let my team do the rest until a Black Cat was left unbanned a few days ago. She makes prime DD and BP seem like jokes. She has the ttk of BP with a survivability that makes DD seem squishy in comparison. Im Cel so theyre all good.

I haven't had such a problem with her to where i felt like i had to ban her. I suppose i don't play against the horribly good black cat players. The last time i really wanted to be involved in the ban process was I think... Season 6 where i banned gambit just because despite the fact that I can play gambit, if you have a team comp that goes well with his ultimate (starlord/punisher etc), against a team comp that doesn't (hela/namor), then it feels like no matter what you do you're going to lose.

Hot Take: I don't actually participate in the ban phase. I don't vote. I let my teammates ban whoever they want. For me. I consider myself good enough in the strategist role that I feel comfortable playing into or against any particular comp at any time.
