Fed Prison Reform
@PrisonFed
The United States criminal justice system is broken. Together we can help to fix it.

#SCOTUS has an opportunity to bring people together around this issue. Acquitted conduct sentencing "undermines the legitimacy of our criminal justice system and eviscerates the role of juries as a check on government abuse and overreach." @BLaw news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-p…

I hate when cowards use criminal record as a surrogate for classism & racism. @RepSeanMaloney deserves to be commended, knowing that most formerly incarcerated people who violate parole & probation are unemployed at the time of arrest. Great job, Rep. Maloney. @nypost is a rag.

Would you go to this bar?

I'm one of them!🤚The chances of finding a decent job with a federal record are very limited. Add that for the three years of supervision, the judge prohibited me from working in the only thing I know how to do, then chances are even much less. Here, second chance is a utopia!😠
