@SirSpoder77 @RyanHurst171 If the only mainline church nearby is heretical, RZ believe you should attend it.
English

@Protestia @RyanHurst171 This is slanderous. This is not the Reconquista view.
English

RZ is so schismatic that he believes it's a SIN NOT to attend a heretical mainline church.
In fact, he's previously stated that even if your PCUSA pastor is a blue-haired lesbian who moonlights as an abortion doula at Planned Parenthood and your church holds "Drag Sunday" once a month, you should still insist you and your family attend and support them monetarily.

English

@Protestia No. You can go to a non heretical mainline.
English

@DanielKitchell I like that you think we're the 'leading voice.'
Based on your assessment, would you call your local newspaper or news station "gossiping" when they report the news?
English

@Protestia You are literally the leading voice for Christian gossip. God is going to have a field day with you in the end.

'Prophet' Kevin Leal is VERY UPSET we called him a "self-styled prophet" and shared a video of him having a teenager eat a bible page, calling us demonic gossipers and ripping us a new one.
Lumping us with Maranatha Express, a news aggregator that frequently uses our content, he has several objections to the video and commentary:
-We never called his ministry or asked him about it before we shared portions of his public video.
-We suggested his actions were unbiblical, which lowered his trust with his followers and caused them to doubt and question his prophetic ministry (This seems to be the main objection.)
-We said he ate a page from the bible, when it was only a "2x2 inch portion" (It was larger than that, but we digress.)
- Says we don't care about the fact that after this teen ate the bible page, he apparently stopped looking at porn and got right with God, and so the 'prophetic action bore good fruit.'
-Notes that having the young man eat the portion of the bible page is "not illegal, unethical, immoral, or unbiblical. It's just that you didn't like it. So, you've made yourself a tool of Satan, and you have become the accuser of the brethren."
-Can't believe we would ever be skeptical of his books which are about dream interpretation, and doesn't understand why someone would suggest it's not a valid spiritual gift.
-Is upset we called him a 'false prophet,' which we never did. (even though he is. Instead we called him a "self-styled prophet," which has kinder connotations.)
You can see the whole 20 minute invective in the attached post, which is posted on 'apostle' David Chisholm channel.
English

@Protestia The fact that when things like that happened in the OT temple, the prophets stayed and reformed it rather than splitting
English

@redeemed_zoomer If one's mainline church turns heretical, must you continue to attend it, yes or no?
English

@Protestia This is a lie. I NEVER said you have to attend a heretical church. Most mainline churches are not heretical
English

@Bookm_Danno yep. we've been calling him out way before he even announced he was running, back in 2022.
here's something about him last year

In fact, every man in this post—Kevin Ezell, Trevin Wax, & Andrew Hebert—actively opposed & worked against the Law Amendment
That’s just a simple statement of fact
Now, I interpret that fact by considering that they’re actually *not* reliable voices for this issue in SBC life

William Wolfe 🇺🇸@WilliamWolfe
Trevin Wax sat on a stage with JD Greear at a NAMB lunch in Indianapolis and opposed the Law Amendment

@GiantsFanTony The latter. There are a few rare good mainline churches.
English

@Protestia Genuine question, when you say heretical mainline church do you mean in belief or practice as in the ones that allow liberal theology/politics?

Here's how you can cut through the "complication" - @SamRainer who runs Church answers makes $1500 per to "certify" women as pastors.
Which is also why he's running "studies" via Church Answers to pretend like Southern Baptists are totally cool with it.

Church Answers@ChurchAnswers
“The debate over women in ministry is often presented as a clear divide between biblical conviction and cultural compromise, or between denominational faithfulness and theological drift. But the findings in this study suggest the reality is far more complicated.” ~ Sam Rainer go.churchanswers.com/4nRMa27

@DanielKitchell sharing something he shared publicly is not gossip.
English

@Protestia Actually what he’s really mad at is he accused you of being a gossiper (which of course you are.)
