Hi Deborah, One helpful strategy is focusing on progress over perfection. Instead of putting pressure on every post to be perfect, just aim to show up consistently in a way that feels manageable. This mindset makes it easier to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. As we’ve also mentioned a few times, planning posts ahead can also make a big difference. Having a few posts ready ahead of time gives you breathing room, so you’re not always rushing at the last minute, and consistency starts to feel much more manageable.
