Mrinal Pande's forefathers used to vote for Aurangzeb every year. Back then, elections were apparently held annually, unlike "dictator" Modi, who cruelly allows them only once every five years. Aurangzeb won 49 consecutive terms without a single EVM complaint because he was transparent and used paper ballots. The Chief Election Commissioner was appointed by Rajput kings, and opposition leaders enjoyed complete freedom. Truly the golden age of democracy.
