This year's victory in the 50m BR is Lawrence's 10th @SEEastRegion Winter Regionals gold in the 50m BR. Lawrence got his 1st win in 2010 and has won every year since 2014! Kerpow! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

PSC swimmers have capped the weekend at Winter Champs with 3 more medals: 🏆 Lawrence - 50m BR 🥈 Lawrence - 200m BR 🥉 Annie - 400m FC Well done to all 18 of our swimmers who represented PSC this weekend, smashed it!

And we have a Regional Champion - congratulations to Lawrence Palmer, smashing the 100m BR final to take the 🏆. What a great ambassador for PSC! Well done, Lawrence!

Session 1 @SEEastRegion SC Champs - Massive shout out for Annie McLeod - she smashed the 800m Freestyle 💪👏👌 coming 2nd overall in the Open Championship 🥈 and bagged a Swim England National Winter QT in the process! Well done, Annie!

Masters of the Universe (East Region) On a cold and wintery day, two unlikely heroes travelled to the far away land of New Market, to challenge the best swimmers in the East Region.  No one expected such a flood of medals and vanquished foes. Well done, Owen and Me :-)
